The Whitewater Township Assessor and Zoning Administrator review Land Division Applications on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 6-9 pm at the Whitewater Township Hall.

As stated in the Land Division Act 288 of 1967 (as amended)

Sec. 109
(1) A municipality shall approve or disapprove a proposed division within 45days after the filing of a complete application for the proposed division with the assessor or other municipally designated official.

Print all four pages of the application and fill in and bring to the Assessor with requested documentation.
